Project Overview
Our client was a revolutionary nutrition company with an aim to become the best beauty nutrition business in the world. They achieve this by connecting their customer with a free personal nutritionist, who will review the information to create a free personal profile and products that are rooted in science with clinically proven ingredients that are clean, natural and triple-tested for potency and purity. They approached Vireo Video seeking to outrank old irrelevant video content and elevate their brand awareness through micro-influencer collaborations and their own video content.
Our client had grown really quickly and its product line has expanded and improved. They had good coverage online, as well as offline. Apart from a few sponsored videos from 2 years ago, the reviews ranking on Google and YouTube search did not show such great results, apart from a few sponsored videos from 2 years ago. The main focus was to figure out how to outrank the videos that did not represent the brand’s identity with owned content and micro-influencer collaboration.

This Is How We Did It
Pain Points
The vitamin brand desired marketing services that showcased their various nutrition products across various categories on YouTube. Vireo Video implemented video marketing services to increase the brand awareness and transform the brand’s channel on YouTube.
Solution
First, we developed a comprehensive 40+ Page Video Content Strategy Blueprint providing valuable insights about their customers, competitors and unique strategies for them to leverage YouTube and influencer marketing to reach the correct audiences and change their brand positioning on YouTube.
We worked with their production team and, based on the keywords and overall search trends in line with health, fitness, beauty and more, we developed video ideas with format adjusted to the best practices.
We then developed an influencer marketing campaign, sourcing micro-influencers who aligned with their product variety, values and messaging who were willing to create honest reviews and integrated product videos. A big point was to also receive authentic feedback in a form of reviews as well, not making influencers include certain messaging to create a community that would become customers after the campaign as well.
We were then able to leverage these videos to be edited and repurposed as advertisements for their own and partner (such as Sephora) campaigns.
Results
Our client saw an increase in subscribers, views (140%) and increased watch time on their channel when following the best practices and feedback provided by us. Their channel also moved up to the top of the search when searched for their brand’s name. At this time, we are continuing to manage 125+ influencer campaigns (80 live) that have accumulated over 100k+ views ranging from 500 views to 13k per video and showing on top search results on YouTube, and Google Video.
