Trifecta Rehab wanted to raise awareness of their new clinic and acquire new patients. Being a local business, they needed to keep their targeting tight to reach those who would be most likely to book an appointment.
With a focused approach to educate and engage the potential target audience, we were able to acquire quality leads for Trifecta Rehab in the form of appointment bookings at a cost per acquisition of $15.15 in the initial phase of the campaign. The cost per acquisition was further reduced by 38% to $9.22 with continuous optimizations.

The strategy was to target potential clients using precise demographics, and was focused on targeting prospects through interest targeting. In the initial phase of the launch, the team created campaigns to inform potential patients about the new Trifecta rehab clinic. The ad introduced the audience to Trifecta Rehab and the various services it provided to successfully aid the patient’s recovery journey.
In the second phase of the launch, the team used lead ads on those who had watched the earlier video ads. We did this via a remarketing campaign on those warm audiences, and a lookalike audience of people based on them. With this, we drive the warmer audience to book appointments on their website.
